This is a digital, print-at-home sewing pattern for an amazing late 1910s - 1920s style full-length foundation garment/ corset with garter straps. The corset can be made from woven fabrics and a hook and eye tape closure at the center back. This is the perfect foundation piece to wear under those 1920s day dresses to get that slim, smooth, bulge-free silhouette. Rather have a paper pattern? Find that here. SIZING INFO: The pattern comes with several sizes included from a 32"- 50" Bust. Please see size chart in photos for full sizing details. Difficulty level: intermediate. The instructions are in English. Fabric suggestions: The original did not suggest any fabrics but you will want to use woven fabrics only with no stretch. Coutil, cotton-backed satin, medium-weight satin, or even a thin brocade if you can find it. You want something with body to hold some structure, nothing too thin, and coutil from a corset supply website would be ideal. You might also be interested in our book Underwear and Lingerie .
