Sri Lankan Patties

As locally called 'patties', is a taste filled pastry snack and a Sri Lankan delicacy. Filling can be anything from meat to fish or just vegetables which goes along with vegan & vegetarian alike. According to the filling you can choose whether you want to bake or fry these little gems, normally all the meat fillers are good for & baking others taste better with deep frying. Generally baking or frying gives the same wonderful taste.
