The 1000 fill power platinum down is unique in its ability to insulate. The sensation of warmth is immediate when you put them on. The down is also treated for water resistance which makes it more durable, while keeping you warm and dry even in the wet. The shell material is a Japanese ultra-lightweight DWR-treated 34 g/m2 ripstop nylon. The side zippers makes it possible to put them on and take them off them without removing your shell pants.
