70s Paisley Dress-sundress-jumpsuit-palazzo Pant-gown/redgreen

(DAMAGED). This is a so-chic, vintage 1970s, woman’s size extra small (chest 30 inches or so, might be a bit larger), psychedelic, red & green, paisley print, palazzo-pant, jumpsuit. I must say that it is an extremely, well-made item, but there is no maker or content label. It features an empire V-Neck crossover bodice, V-neck back, narrow crossover straps, long 12” back zipper closure, full lining and wide/full palazzo-style pant legs. The fabric (probably polyester) is a bit heavyweight and features a horizontal stripe consisting of a red paisley band alternating with a lime-green/yellow/brown striped band. Unfortunately both lower pant legs have a multitude of rips/slits for what reason I do not know. I have shown some of the tears in the last photos, but there are more all in the same section of the pant legs. I believe the only solution would be to cut this lower section of the pant legs off and re-hemming which ultimately would mean a much shorter length. I was originally going to sell this item for $225.00, but when I started taking photos and discovered these flaws I now have set the price much lower.
