Nautica-owner signs licensing deal with G-III Apparel Group

Authentic Brands Group has signed a licensing agreement with New York-based firm G-III Apparel Group for the design, manufacturing and distribution of lifestyle brand Nautica's womenswear offering, effective January 2024.
